With the escalating impact of COVID-19, we want to keep you up to date with the immediate decisions and future preparations Taxpro Australia is taking in response.
The health and safety of our staff, our clients, our suppliers and the local communities in which we work is of the upmost importance to us, and the basis for all our decisions.
As such, we will be temporarily closing the Balcatta office in Perth from Monday 23rd March 2020, and all our team members will be working remotely. We feel this is the best course of action to ensure our services continue at full capacity for our clients.
To date, we have no illness, or staff in isolation, so this decision is simply to minimise any risk of exposure. We would like to reassure you that Taxpro Australia has robust business continuity processes and procedures in place.
All phone calls to Taxpro Australia will continue to be handled by Chloe and all emails will continue to go to your Taxpro accountant. The only difference is we will not have visitors, offer a drop-in service at the office or have in-person meetings at this time. We welcome emails, video conference calls, skypes and good old-fashioned phone calls to ensure all your tax and financial requirements are met.
Our business hours remain: 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
